Hello and Welcome!

Life is Full of Questions … To Which There are Always Answers … a Post at a Time.

As an alternative health care and therapeutic massage practitioner, budding family herbalist, health & wellness consultant, E.F.T. advanced practitioner, eco-conscious consumer, penny-pincher and green-living, affiliate-marketing entrepreneur (am also a 58-year young grandmother of 5, but who’s counting?) my interests are both passionate and varied, which is why I decided on titling my very first BLOG “Now THAT’S Great Info!”.

Never having been one to be satisfied with the status quo (unless that is what works best in any given situation) I’m always on the look-out for the smarter, better, more efficient and wellness-conscious way to do just about anything – which leads me on LOTS of internet researching adventures to glean wonderful insights and information for my online friends/followers and offline family and clients. I always used to say that if there was such an animal as a “professional student of life”, that would be my first chosen vocation. Freelance writing would be a close second ~ but only because I’ve been writing unofficially and without acclaim for years (with the exception of a screenplay that placed in the top 30 at Scriptapalooza about 6 years ago); those boxes beneath my bed do not hold scrap-booking items!

Health and wellness is a sought-after destination that involves the journey of one’s entire being – body, mind, soul, spirit, finances, lifestyle and social relationships; so when I speak about health and wellness, that phrase covers every area of life and living you can imagine!

The body-mind-spirit connection can be a somewhat illusive, misunderstood and under-valued asset to we humans and I’m forever discovering more ‘connects’ that make total sense (which I’ll share with you here) that when known, give health, healing, peace of mind and joy to the heart of those who choose to partake. Because it is an organic part of our daily living, something that is constant and abiding within us at all times, I’ve found that there is always some connection somewhere that will make sense and be helpful when it comes to total wellness.

As for my incessant desire to gain valuable tidbits of “know-how” and “how-to”, you will reap the benefits. (just check out the You Tube video link, below – what the doctor ordered for all you Twitter pros who want the crème de la crème of twitter tools for marketing anything you can think of online). Talk about viral, organic tweeting to the masses. WOW! (This little gem falls under both the financial & relationship wellness category, but I couldn’t resist showing it right NOW.)

Although THIS BLOG may be in it’s grass root’s stage of initial development, I want you to know that vital information on YOUR total health and wellness is what “Now That’s Great Info!” will revolve around … plus a whole lot more (could there be more? Yes, I do believe there could.).

So here’s to adding value to enhance, brighten & enlighten your day. Hope you’ll enjoy the fruits of my labor as much as I’m sure to enjoy working on this project.
